What's included — no surprises

Here's exactly what each line item means. Every property is different, so we'll confirm the final scope with you before service.

• Baseboards and door frames

  Hand-wiped baseboards, door frames, and door tops to remove dust buildup, scuffs, and pet hair — not just vacuumed along the edge.

• Detailed dusting

  Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, wall art, shelving contents, and decor items individually dusted and wiped.

• Cabinet fronts

  Kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors and drawer fronts wiped down to remove grease, fingerprints, and splatter. Interior cabinet cleaning available on request.

• Ceiling fans and blinds

  Fan blades wiped clean (not just dusted) and blinds detailed slat-by-slat where accessible with a step stool — no ladders.

• Built-up bathroom residue

  Extra time on soap scum, hard-water spots, grout lines, shower doors, and around fixtures using non-toxic scale removers — no bleach fumes.

• Detailed kitchen cleaning

  Backsplash, range hood exterior, stovetop grates, drip pans, small appliance exteriors, and inside the microwave scrubbed down.

• Hard-to-reach areas

  Behind and under reachable furniture and appliances, top of the fridge, on top of cabinets — the spots that only get touched on a deep clean.

• Additional room detailing

  Extra time budgeted per room so every surface gets touched instead of a light pass. Recommended for first-time cleans or homes that haven't had a deep clean in 6+ months.
