What's included — no surprises

Here's exactly what each line item means. Every property is different, so we'll confirm the final scope with you before service.

• Dust accessible surfaces

  Microfiber-dusted shelves, dressers, nightstands, tables, sills, decor, picture frames, lamps, and electronics — top-down so nothing resettles. No feather dusters that just push dust around.

• Vacuum floors and carpets

  HEPA-filtered vacuuming on all carpets, rugs, and hard floors including edges, corners, and under reachable furniture. Traps fine dust and allergens instead of blowing them back into the air.

• Mop hard floors

  We never mop with a bucket of dirty water. We use high-quality steam mops on sealed hard surfaces — no chemical residue, sanitizes with heat, and every pad is fresh so we're never spreading old grime.

• Clean kitchen countertops and sinks

  Counters cleared, wiped, and disinfected with non-toxic cleaner. Sinks and faucets scrubbed, rinsed, and shined. Backsplash spot-cleaned.

• Clean exterior appliance surfaces

  Fronts and tops of the fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small counter appliances wiped down and polished. Interior appliance cleaning available as an add-on.

• Clean bathroom surfaces and mirrors

  Tubs, showers, tile, toilets (inside and out), vanities, faucets, and mirrors scrubbed and disinfected with plant-based products safe for kids and pets.

• Disinfect high-touch areas

  Door handles, light switches, remotes, cabinet pulls, railings, and appliance handles wiped with a non-toxic disinfectant to cut germ spread between cleans.

• Empty household trash

  All interior trash bins emptied, liners replaced (owner-provided bags), and outer bins wiped down if needed.

• Straighten common areas

  Pillows fluffed, throws folded, chairs pushed in, magazines and remotes tidied — the finishing touch that makes the home feel reset, not just clean.
