  Full walk-through clean of the vacant home top to bottom, targeting the checklist landlords and buyers actually inspect.

• Cabinets and drawers

  Every cabinet and drawer emptied by you, then wiped inside and out — no crumbs, dust, or liner residue left behind.

• Closets

  Shelves, rods, and floors dusted and wiped so closets photograph and inspect clean.

• Bathrooms and kitchen

  Deep sanitize of tubs, showers, toilets, tile, vanities, sinks, counters, backsplash, and appliance exteriors — the rooms deposits get held over.

• Floors and baseboards

  Steam-mopped hard floors, HEPA-vacuumed carpets, and hand-wiped baseboards throughout.

• Interior appliance options

  Add-on inside cleaning for the oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher — typical deposit checklist items.

• Garage cleaning option

  Sweep, dust, cobweb removal, and spot cleaning of the garage floor on request.
