What's included — no surprises

Here's exactly what each line item means. Every property is different, so we'll confirm the final scope with you before service.

• Glass and reception areas

  Entry glass, reception desk, seating, and lobby surfaces cleaned and polished — the first impression clients see.

• Countertops and desks

  Shared counters and desk surfaces wiped and disinfected with non-toxic cleaner. We work around personal items and keep them undisturbed.

• High-touch switches and handles

  Door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, printer touchpads, and shared equipment sanitized to reduce germ spread across the team.

• Restrooms

  Toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, floors, and dispensers cleaned, sanitized, and restocked (client-supplied consumables).

• Break rooms and offices

  Break room counters, sinks, tables, microwave exterior, fridge exterior, and individual offices dusted, wiped, and floors cleaned.

• Conference rooms

  Tables polished, chairs reset, whiteboards cleaned if requested, tech surfaces dusted — meeting-ready every morning.

• Waste removal

  All trash and recycling emptied, liners replaced, and bins wiped as needed. Bagged waste moved to the building's collection point.
