• Fine dust removal

  Construction dust settles everywhere. We HEPA-vacuum walls, ceilings, vents, and every surface — then wipe again after it resettles so the home isn't dusty a day later.

• Detail wipe of surfaces and fixtures

  Every fixture, hardware piece, cabinet, counter, trim, and installed surface hand-wiped to remove residue, stickers, and drywall dust.

• Floor cleaning

  Multi-pass vacuum and steam-mop of hard floors; deep vacuum of carpets. Grout lines and transitions detailed.

• Interior window options

  Interior window glass, sills, and tracks cleaned to remove paint specks, adhesive residue, and construction film.
