  Gate codes, lockboxes, alarm codes, and pet notes stored securely in your client profile so every cleaner arrives prepared.

• Areas to skip / priority rooms

  Tell us which rooms matter most and which to skip. We track your priorities on your profile and follow them every visit.

• Product preferences

  Non-toxic and eco by default. Have specific products you want us to use? We'll use yours, or match to a preferred brand.

• Special instructions

  Anything unique to your home — a fragile shelf, a specific way to make a bed, a room a pet uses — captured once and followed every clean.
