What's included — no surprises

Here's exactly what each line item means. Every property is different, so we'll confirm the final scope with you before service.

• Linen change and laundry option

  Beds stripped, remade with fresh linens (yours or laundered on-site if the property has laundry). Towels swapped and folded to a consistent presentation.

• Restock consumables (owner-provided)

  Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee, welcome items, and any guest supplies you provide are restocked to your par levels.

• Full clean between guests

  Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and all surfaces sanitized between every stay with non-toxic products. Trash removed and bins relined.

• Photo confirmation available

  On request we send photos of each room after turnover so you can confirm the property is guest-ready before check-in.
